LOVE

In one of Ps. Anne's sermon at the beginning of the New Year 2020, she said that it is going be bad for the world but not for His people who are truly His. We all see the evidence of this prophecy playing out today and people of the world are becoming fearful and aloof when even more passive towards one another.

Fear is the devil's tool to subjugate the masses and it serves the to benefit of the people in power to further control the freedom of its citizens and to have them believing the lie that they need the leaders more then they need God.

Thus we see more and more countries employing more authoritarian measures to control even the very way we think and move in society and this is done by way of monitoring and influencing our lives and the decisions we make via the social media, television program and publications.

We by no means can fight this in our own strength but must lean on our Saviour for His grace as He has overcome the world (John 16:33) hence we are also able to do so if we are in Him.

Do not allow the world to dictate the way we think or behave but let us be conformed to His Kingdom ways that says of us to be humble, loving, caring, merciful, encouraging just to list a few attributes of Christ our Saviour.

Let your light shine in this dark and fallen world (Matthew 5:16) even if your light is the smallest light it will still shine bright as it gets darker still before the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

As it gets darker spiritually all over the world there will be an increase of wickedness and the love of most people will grow cold (Matthew 24:12) as people fear of being betrayed by those close to them and from the constant monitoring of the anti Christ system of government in countries around the world.

Remember the time when we first became a Christian and we were so excited and eager to know this Saviour who saved us and to learn of all His ways and to live our lives as He did. We were so happy to do His will and to live our lives to please Him in everyway even to love the people who hated us and to show everyone that you're are a believer in Christ and that you wanted everyone to know your loving Saviour just as you did.

It is our Lord's desire for us to demonstrate our love and faithfulness towards Him in this last days by loving one another so that the world would know Him by observing us, they will be able to see who He truly is through His people.

John 13: 34-35 - "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

Let us put away our fears, hate, pride, misgivings and let us live Christ in us the hope of glory.

Colossians 1:27 - To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
